Tickets

• Show tickets are general admission. Seating is first-come when you arrive.
• Prices are shown plus Vermont Sales & Use Tax (6%) and City of Burlington tax (2.5%).
• Tickets are generally non-refundable; if a show is cancelled by us, you'll be refunded or offered a credit.
• We reserve the right to refuse entry for unsafe or disruptive behavior.

Reservations

• Table requests are confirmed by our team; you'll receive an email when approved.
• We hold reservations about 15 minutes past the booked time. Please let us know if you're running late.
• You can change the time or cancel from the link in your confirmation email.

Private events & bookings

Private rentals and performance bookings are subject to a separate written agreement, deposit, and house policies provided at booking.

Conduct & alcohol

We serve alcohol responsibly and may decline service or entry at our discretion, including to anyone unable to provide valid ID where required. Be kind to staff, performers, and fellow guests.

Liability

The lounge is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, The Venetian Cocktail & Soda Lounge is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your visit or use of this site.
