The Story
Each Hightower's Paradise event has a new theme as we follow in the footsteps of the world famous tropical drink master, rum conniseaur and bartender Rufus Hightower. From 1924 to 1946 Rufus traveled the globe collecting exotic ingredients from many cultures and countries.
With each new adventure Rufus introduced new cocktails and mocktails into his famous secret recipe book. The book was once thought to be lost to disaster.
Now in the hands of the Venetian Cocktail & Soda lounge bartenders, and even though some of the book was damaged we are able to re-create many of the original cocktails. So, please join us for these special and unique moments and discover new tastes and adventures along the way.
