This policy specifically addresses the refund terms for event ticket purchases.

At Venetian Soda Lounge, we strive to offer unique and memorable experiences through our events. Due to the nature and logistics of event planning, the following policy applies to all ticket sales for events hosted by Venetian Soda Lounge:

 

 

1. Finality of Ticket Sales

 

All ticket sales for events at Venetian Soda Lounge are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a ticket has been purchased.

 

 

2. No Refunds for Event Tickets

 

Due to the pre-planning, resource allocation, and operational commitments associated with events, we are unable to provide refunds for event tickets. This policy ensures that we can maintain the quality and integrity of our event planning and execution.

 

 

3. Transferability of Tickets

 

While event tickets are non-refundable, they are transferable. If you are unable to attend an event for which you have purchased a ticket, you are permitted to give or sell your ticket to another individual.

 

 

4. Cancellation or Postponement of Events by Lounge

 

In the rare instance that an event is canceled or significantly postponed by Venetian Soda Lounge, ticket holders will be offered the option to transfer their ticket to a rescheduled date, receive a credit for a future event of equivalent value, or, in certain circumstances, a full refund, at the sole discretion of Venetian Soda Lounge. Please note that the decision to cancel or postpone an event is at the sole discretion of Venetian Soda Lounge and will typically only occur in exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen operational issues or force majeure events.

 

 

5. Notification of Event Changes

 

In the case of any changes to an event, including cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified as soon as reasonably possible via the contact information provided at the time of ticket purchase.
